Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using PFPPop you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

PFPPop generates profile pictures from text descriptions (and, when available, uploaded photos) using AI. Each visitor receives a number of free credits; one credit produces a set of image variations. We may change the free allowance, pricing or features over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PFPPop to:

• Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Generate images of real people without their consent, or impersonate others.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or trademark rights.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass limits on the service.

4. Your images

You own the PFPs you generate and may use them personally or commercially. You are responsible for how you use them and for ensuring your prompts and any uploads comply with these terms.

5. Credits & payments

Free credits have no cash value. If paid credit packs are offered in the future, their terms (pricing, refunds, expiry) will be shown at purchase.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. AI output can be unpredictable and may not always match your description. To the extent permitted by law, PFPPop is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
